I have never done much with baking or desserts, you either train to be a chef, baker or pastry chef. With that being said any chef worth his salt needs to have a few recipes in case of emergencies and I will adding those soon. This recipe however is from my wife who also enjoys cooking and treats me to some great pies, cookies and breakfast treats now and then.

She baked this pie several years ago at a family gathering and everyone loved it. Your family will as well.
