Wild Rice Recipe - Stuffing (Or Pilaf)

This wild rice stuffing recipe is quick and easy and works very well with pork, I have also served my beef bourguignon recipe over this recipe and it was excellent.
7 cups cooked wild rice
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup black olives
1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple pieces
1 cup of low sodium chicken broth (canned)
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoons thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Over a medium flame saute the celery and onion in the butter for 5 minutes. Remove from the flame. In a large bowl combine the black olives with the pineapple and incorporate the sautéed celery and onions and mix well. Add the chicken broth, egg, thyme and black pepper and stir. Add the cooked wild rice and stir well. Place the wild rice stuffing in a greased baking pan or oven proof bowl and cover with tin foil. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 45 minutes, remove the tin foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
