The grill is defintely a 5 star rating, works great. The only thing is we ordered a new one and received refurbished, but no problem, the husband loves it for his pancakes and stuff.

The quality is much better than your usual George Foreman style grill. It is sturdily constructed and easily maintained. It cooks evenly over the surface of the grill and griddle. We couldn’t be happier with it.
